Just wondering if a dead motherboard backup battery could be the reason. Solution J. J jay32267; Aug 20, 2019; I think that it could be the cause and I would change it and try it again. Although right after you change it I would go into the BIOS and go through it and make sure everything is as close to how you want it as you can get it.
